How to order

Our website is not a webshop. This means you have to make a list with those items you want to order. Send the order by e-mail to mail@stampagency.net or by fax (+371) 6771 8452.
The order must always include these details:

Your name and postal adress.
Your customer number (if you have one).
Order codes and required quantity for each item you want to order.
Information about which payment option you prefer to use (see below).

If any of these details are missing we are unable to start processing you order !

General terms

All prices net in EURO (No TAX or VAT !)
Prices may change due to fluctations in the exchange rate.
Any offer subject to availability from the various postal authorities.
Minimum order is EUR 50.
No minimum quantity but the total order must clearly show a wholesale requirement.
All orders must be prepaid (*)

Items damaged or incorrectly delivered must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

(*) We offer deliveries with 45 days credit for customers ordering
frequently and with approved accounts. Minimum monthly order is EUR 100.
Only possible if paid by bank transfer. Request details !

Stock & Backorders

We are mainly a new issue distributor. Please note that some new issues are listed several months before release date. Estimated date for distribution normally stated at the "Update" page.
We only keep stock of issues from current year (2009). Older issues are listed as long as they are available from the postal authorities. If we do not have them in stock when we receive your order, we will backorder the missing issues for you. Please state clearly when ordering if you do not want such backorder service.
Backordered issues will be sent with your next orders or when the total value of accumulated issues exceed € 50.

Payment options

Bank transfer in EURO (request bank account details).
Mastercard or VISA (card number, expiry date and CVC must be stated).
PayPal (we will inform you what amount to pay - added 4% PayPal fee).

Postage and handling

Postage is always FREE !
Additional insurance required for shipments to certain countries. Request details.
